Is there a fee to join the partner program?

None. Joining is completely free for both Standard and Creator tiers.

Standard Partners are paid on the 20th of every month. Creator Partners on the 15th. There is a 30-day hold on all new commissions before they become eligible — so a commission earned on June 1st is payable from July 1st onward.

Is the commission one-time or recurring?

Recurring. For every month your referred CA stays subscribed to Ledgr, you earn your commission. There is no cap and no expiry — as long as they stay, you earn.

What counts as a valid referral?

A referred user who clicks your link within your cookie window (60 or 90 days) and upgrades from the Free plan to the paid Ledgr plan. Free plan signups alone do not earn commission.

Can I refer myself or my own firm?

No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and commission forfeiture. This includes referring accounts you control.

What happens if my referral cancels?

You stop earning from that referral from the next billing cycle. If they cancel within 7 days of their first payment date, the commission is reversed. After that, previously paid commissions are yours to keep.

What is the difference between Standard and Creator?

Standard Partners earn 20% and get instant approval. Creator Partners earn 30%, get a custom coupon code, priority payout on the 15th, and access to co-marketing opportunities — but require manual review with proof of audience (any one: 1K YouTube subscribers, 2K Instagram/LinkedIn followers, 500-member WhatsApp/Telegram group, or 500 monthly blog visitors).

Do I need to pay GST on my earnings?

If your annual earnings from affiliate marketing across all programs exceed ₹20 lakh, you may need to register for GST and issue invoices. We deduct TDS (5% for Standard under Section 194H, 10% for Creator under Section 194J) when your annual earnings cross the applicable threshold. We issue Form 16A quarterly.

How do I track my referrals?

Your dashboard (available after signup) shows real-time clicks, referrals, conversions, and earnings — updated daily. Each referral's plan, status, and monthly commission is visible.

Can I apply for Creator tier later if I start as Standard?

Yes. Apply for Creator tier upgrade from your dashboard at any time with proof of your audience. We review within 3–5 business days.
